Delete your account

You can delete your PlacerPro account at any time. In the app: My Account → Delete my account. Or do it right here.

What gets deleted

Your account and email address
Your saved pins and notes
Sign-in codes and records of which map areas you opened
Messages you sent through the contact form

What stays

"Report a problem" notes about the map, with your email removed
A scrambled code made from your email (it can't be turned back into the address), only so that signing up again doesn't start a new free trial

Deletion happens right away. Anonymous visit counts were never linked to you. Billing records, once subscriptions start, are kept by our payment processor as tax law requires.
